Nú er ég að aðstoða foreldra mína sem eru búsettir erlendis, ég er að reyna finna M3U tengla sem virka erlendis fyrir Rúv, jafnvel Rúv 2
ég hef fundið fyrir N4 sem virkar flott var með tengil fyrir Rúv sem er hættur að virka.

Svo er næsta spurning er möguleiki fyrir mig að re-stream-a inn á vél hjá mér á íslandi og senda út m3u tengil sem virkar þá erlendis líka ?

Einnig ef þið lummið á einhverjum tenglum sem virka erlendis endilega skjótið þeim á mig.

Mjög auðvelt að proxya opin streymi, til fín lausn á github sem kallast istv-proxy sem þú getur skoðað, ef zetor er með aðrar aðferðir væri forvitnilegt að heyra af þeim

what kind of device do you have? Apple tv or android tv? You can use novatv app. But you need also vpn for an icelandic ip address

News content is freely available on ruv.is and visir.is, no restrictions.

Sports content, it will be impossible for you to gain access to. Because distribution rights are only for Iceland, not for distribution to other countries. Using kennitala as a verification is one way of ensuring that.
What sports content are you specifically interested in? If it's non-icelandic content you're more in luck seeking it elsewhere, but domestic icelandic content you probably need to contact them directly to inquire.

VPN doesn't give you "kennitala". It's not enough to have an icelandic ip address, you need an icelandic "kennitala" to access the content.

first: Very thanks to all of your answers. I tried Nova TV with Iceland VPN on my Android TV Box (arm-v7a), but app didn't start for me unfortunately. On my browser, I figured out to register, so thanks for the tip!
And I'm interested in domestic sports (Icelandic Premier League and Handball). Handball is hard to get on other platforms. In UK there is no chance on it.

And as appel said, I also need a "kennitala" for Stöð 2, what I saw.

I think your best and only solution is to find a Friend in Iceland, willing to use his " kennitala" to pay for you subscription to stöð2 sport.
