R7 260 graphics should handle CSGO, right? Friend of mine has a 260 or 270 and he's playing PUBG with me right now!
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=74961
660GTX should run CS, Dota and LoL fine also, right?
Or you could go more future proof and throw some money at this guy... 1080 graphics and a 4790k CPU, that CPU being fantastic for overclocking if you've got that figured out!
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=74562
Just tell him too keep some of the RAM while lowering the price at the same time.... You're never gonna need 32GB of RAM! That's a total overkill... ...I don't understand why people get so much RAM unless the PC was originally meant for some real hard work....
Or you could go with this guy. This is too a fine machine with a great CPU! I have that same one clocked at 4.32@GHz.... ...again; The overclocking!
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=74823
70k is nothing for this! You could offer him 60k just to see what he says, I'd do that!
If you get this one, then you've got 30-40k left of the budged and can spring for a new fan for the CPU(We ain't having none of that stock bullshit) and start saving up for a new GPU(Graphics Card) for the future! Because you won't play just CSGO and Dota 2, not forever!
Take care man!

Try sending this guy an offer of your choice, Just ask to try the game that you are going to play, so you know what you are getting.

Re: Gaming computer
If you want new, your budget is quite low!
This one is a cheap Ryzen, but does have a 1050.
https://www.computer.is/is/product/tolv ... ara-abyrgd
Here's one even cheaper, has the RX 560, but the SSD is tiny!

Case: Corsair Carbide 270R - 14.950.-
PSU: Corsair RM650X - 18.750.-
CPU: Intel i5 7500 - 26.450.-
CPU Cooler(Optional): Hyper 212 - 6.450.-
RAM: Corsair VEN 2x4GB 2400MHz - 11.950.-
HDD: WD Blue 1TB - 7.950.-
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB - 15.750.-
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 3GB - 29.950.-
Total: 132,200.-
With monitor: LG 24" 75Hz 38.950.-
Or if you really prefer 144HZ, AOC 24" for 42.950.-
With the LG total: 171,150.-
With the AOC total: 175,150.-
This is all from att.is
Would recommend buying from the same store so you don't have to be flying all around to different stores if something happens, and you could let them build it (I think) if you don't trust yourself.
