Hello guys since pc components are expensive in Iceland I was wondering if it would be better to buy parts from amazon with taxes? And what amazon should I buy from germany uk or us?

you hardly save any money after delivery fees and tax fees have been paid, and warranty is a hassle.

At the end of the day, pc components in iceland are not so expensive when all things are considered, as worghal mentions.
Ordering individual components here and there online, will probably end up costing more than buying here in iceland. Best to order from one place and have it shipped in a single box.

I'm looking for GPU for 1080p and I see that the GPU prices are not so expensive here in Iceland

If you are just buying one component, you'll not save much money, if any.
If you buy a few items, motherboard, cpu, memory and gpu, you'll start to see some savings.
I've bought a number of things from Amazon US, and saved money, and when a warranty issue came up, Amazon handled it quickly, just make sure you're buying direct from Amazon, not a seller listing items on Amazon.

Too late for me, I bought all components except GPU and realised its a bit expensive
