gigabyte bios update fail

hæ.
ég var að uppfæra bios á gigabyte h67ma-usb3-b3 móðurborði og núna bootar tölvan ekki.
ég er búin að reyna factory reset ekkert virkar .
reyndi þetta ..........


cmos reset:

A) pull the power cord out of the power supply (critical step)

B) remove cmos battery (thin shinny battery on the motherboard that resembles a watch battery somewhat)

C) wait 10-15 minutes then hit the on and off button 4-5 times on the front of computer case to dissipate any residual power in the mobo capicators

D) reinstall battery

E) plug in PSU

F) reboot computer / enter bios then hit the "load otpimized bios defaults"

G) adjust date and time and your boot order (cd-rom first boot / hard drive second boot)

H) save and exit the bios ............ restart
virkaði ekki.þegar ég ræsi vélina þá kemur hún með stundum með valmöguleika eitthvað kallað SATA-AHCI MODE og ég þarf að velja Y/N hvort sem ég vel virkar það ekki,svo ég er stopp.
vélin er með win8 og corsair neutrol gtx 120gb ssd ef það skiptir einhverju,

Gigabyte borðin eiga að vera með dual bios

It is possible to make the BIOS Auto-Recovery kick in (Dual BIOS) and re-flash the MAIN BIOS with the contents of the BACKUP BIOS.

This is a simple and easy method for anyone to try before having to resort to other more difficult methods, or a RMA.

1. Shut off the power supply using the switch on the back of the PSU, wait 10-15 seconds.
2. Press and hold the case Power On swtich, then while still holding turn on the power supply from the switch on the rear.
3. Still holding the case power on switch, the board will start, once it does release the case power on switch and shut off the power supply via the switch on the read of the unit. (Do the latter two parts as quickly as you can once the board starts)
4. The board will shut down.
5. Turn the power supply back on using the switch on the rear of the unit.
6. Turn on the motherboard by pressing the case power on button.

Once the board starts this time you should see the Gigabyte splash screen, or POST page, then the Auto-Recovery from Dual BIOS will kick in. You will see a checksum error, and then recovery from BACKUP BIOS will begin. Once it is done reboot your machine and enter the BIOS and load optimized defaults then save/apply/reboot back to BIOS.

Now you are done, and will be using whatever BIOS was in your BACKUP BIOS, From there you can attempt whatever you were previously trying, or update your BIOS to the latest version.

Átt að geta látið backup bios smella í gang og recovera main bios, prófaðu þetta amk, en þú þarft að ná þessu mjög nákvæmlega hef ég lesið, svo ekki gefast upp ef þetta tekst ekki í fyrstu 15 skiptin, haltu bara áfram.

Ég lenti í þessu með Asus móðurborð, endaði á því að taka Bios kubbinn úr og láta snillingana hjá íhlutum flassa hann, það virkaði.

núna er ég búin að öllu hér fyrir ofan.en vélin fer alltaf á system repair og svo á shut down eða advanced options valmöguleika, veit ekki hvað ég á að gera næst til að runna windows

notaði þessa aðferð ,gekk í annari tilraun,hef ekki beðið nógu lengi fyrst eftir að ég tók batterí úr.

á Dual bios móðurborðum frá gigabyte geturu haldið power takkanum inní 12 sec og svo ýtt strax á hann 5 sinnum. þá færðu backup bios
